Mission
Blind Center of Nevada provides a place for socialization, personal development and meaningful employment for people who are blind or visually impaired.
Services
We offer employment training, referral and advocacy services, transportation to and from our center, field trips, weekly shopping and various classes including computer, nutrition, music, dance, braille, arts and crafts (to name a few) free daily lunches, and a variety of free services such as hair cuts, podiatry check ups and others.
You Can Help by Providing Goods
We need food, paper goods and items for arts and craft classes.
You Can Help by Volunteering
We need help with answering phones, computer mentoring, bowling coaches, telephone outreach, serving lunch, assisting in arts, crafts and ceramics, assisting with after school program for young adults.
